The Sword Sellout Last Concert Cafe

Houston metal-heads packed Last Concert Cafe on Saturday, January 18, 2025, to see Texas Groove-Metal band, The Sword. After a two year hiatus, The Sword has reunited and are getting back into touring. The four piece psychedelic group hadn’t performed in Houston since they opened up for Primus in September 2021. Prior to that, their last stop in Houston was on their Used Future tour, downstairs at White Oak Music Hall, in April of 2018. Needless to say, Houston was READY for this concert.

Jennifer is a Houston native, she recieved her first camera as a toddler and has been passionate about photography her whole life.
She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography in December 2012.
Since then, she’s been published in Rolling Stone, The New York Post, The Houston Press, amongst many others. Her photos have been featured on CNN, and ABC World News Tonight. She’s been published internationally in Germany, France, England, Russia, and Denmark to name a few.

Jennifer and her husband, Cameron, are passionate about music and sharing their love of live music with others. They often tag-team shows with Cameron writing reviews, and Jennifer photographing the concert.
