Since itâs inception, Record Store Day (aka RSD) has shined light on local independent record stores that fuel their communitiesâ hunger for wax and more. Brick-and-mortar indie record stores battle it out everyday as they compete against online marketplaces that pull listeners away from the tangible in-person digging experience. Record Store Day helps to bring listeners back into these shops all while keeping alive the nostalgic personal experience with vinyl records. Listeners are given the chance at special and limited edition pressings of records that are only made available at participating shops.

Please make sure to check out the rules of each record store for this day prior to arrival. Some stores are not allowing line formation, are requiring hand written lists of only desired titles, and some are running a ticket system to hold your place in line.
