Kehlani sold out Bayou Music Center in Houston, TX last night and packed the venue with eager fans anticipating her celestial performance. The lights grew dim and back-up dancers stormed the stage with Kehlani following behind, triggering fans to scream at the top of their lungs. She soothed everyone’s soul with songs off her latest album Blue Water Road such as “Little Story,” “Tangerine,” and “Wish I Never.” She of course gave fans some favorites to turn up the heat with like “Toxic”, “CRZY” & “Distraction”. As she went through her set she displayed such gracious sensuality that drove fans wild! Her movements correlated with each song. For her performance of “Honey” she not only brought out her supporting guitarist, but also fans Makayla Brian and Dra Wooten to the stage. At that point Kehlani gave Dra the stage where she proposed to her now fiancé, Makayla. Kehlani took back the mic and proceeded to congratulate the couple and to profess how valuable love is and most importantly how important it is to protect those bonds. What a heart felt moment!! Needless to say Kehlani delivered an amazing performance and made her fans feel loved.
