Houston “Found Heaven” with Conan Gray!

Conan Gray left a remarkable stamp on Houston, Wednesday Night, for his “Found Heaven” Tour at Smart Financial Center, with support from Maisie Peters.

Heaven was almost found when the angel that is Maisie Peters took the stage and commenced the electric show that awaited the ‘cone-heads’ (Conan’s Fanbase). Maisie sang a wonderful set including her classics “Not Another Rockstar”, “Lost The Breakup”, and “History Of Man”, and even “Villain”, which was a surprise request from someone in the audience. Maisie enjoyed the crowds energy so much she even contemplated moving to Texas and being a fan’s roommate.

After the angel Maisie finished her set, it was time to prepare for the star himself, Conan Gray. Fans flooded to their seats in their custom outfits filled with black and gold stars. Some ran to get merch before it sold out and others went to seats immediately to not miss the opening number. Once it was time, a long dark curtain with his star logo dropped and it was the only thing to see before the lights went dark.

Conan started his set with “Fainted Love” and then transitioned to his most popular song off his new album , ‘Found Heaven’, “Never Ending Song”. The crowd was sure to give him a warm welcome as they were not off their feet at any point of the show.

Conan made sure to sing older and newer songs including his most recent single release “Holidays” and songs from his last album including “Jigsaw” and “Family Line”. Sometime during the electric show, Conan noticed a fan waving a Koala hat and asked if he could wear it. He then gave the crowd some interesting Koala Facts including “Koalas have Chlamydia!” and “If they drink water, they drown and die.”. The show was sure to get you laughing, dancing, and even crying.

For the encore, Conan did a quick outfit change and wore a tank top with the phrase “BLAHBLAHBLAHJESUS” poking fun at his first encore song “Bourgeoisies”. Along with a sparkly and furry black cape, he commanded the stage and asked everyone to jump and have fun. His final two songs were “Maniac” and “Alley Rose” to which he finished off with a beautiful confetti canon while saying his goodbyes.

Conan made sure that Houston Found Heaven and we can’t wait for his next trip back to Houston!
