Don Toliver brought out Justin Bieber at Rolling loud so fans knew they were in for a few surprises. With the help of his dj, Dr McDaniels, and some hometown heroes such as Teezo Touchdown, Tisakorean, and HVN, Don brought all the smoke for this sold-out Houston crowd.
