Last night, Bas made a stop at House of Blues in Houston, Texas. He was joined by impressive opening acts such as Hoosh, Rueben Vincent, and Blaxckie.
Bas is a key contributor to Dreamville Records; I see why J. Cole signed him. His smooth flow, intricate wordplay, and unique style solidified his position in the hip-hop scene.
The show was accompanied by a live band with elements such as drums, electric keys, guitar, and a backup vocalist, which added a nice touch and created breathtaking solos on certain songs, showcasing their talent throughout the night.
Bas was super engaged with the audience, pouring his heart into the show. The setlist was thoughtfully curated, offering a diverse selection that included both newer tracks and older ones. He encouraged the crowd to join in, especially on the older tracks, paying tribute to the OG fans.
Towards the end of the show, possibly saving some of the crowd favorites for the finale, he brought together the live band for one last song. In the final moments, Bas expressed his gratitude towards the fans and expressed his excitement to return for the next show!
